Cancellation & rescheduling policy.

Cancellation

30 days or more before the reservation

100% refund of eligible rental and service charges. Processing fees are non-refundable.

15 – 29 days before

50% refund of eligible rental and service charges. Processing fees are non-refundable.

7 – 14 days before

Payments are non-refundable. 50% of eligible rental charges may be applied as studio credit toward a future qualifying reservation.

Less than 7 days before

All payments are non-refundable. No studio credit is issued.

Same-day cancellations / no-shows

All payments are non-refundable. No studio credit is issued.

Rescheduling

• You may request one reschedule with at least 14 days' notice, subject to studio availability.
• The rescheduled reservation must take place within 90 days of the original date. Payments from the original reservation transfer to the approved new date.
• Additional rescheduling requests are treated as cancellations and are subject to the cancellation policy.

Cancellation by Encounter Studios

If Encounter Studios must cancel a confirmed reservation for reasons not caused by the client or the client's guests, you may choose a full refund of eligible amounts paid, or transfer of the full eligible amount to another available date.

Weather and emergencies

Severe weather, government restrictions, utility interruptions, emergencies or other circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control are handled case by case. When appropriate, Encounter Studios may allow a reservation to be rescheduled without a rescheduling penalty.
